Help Center videos
Google is the global superstar of sharing information and keeping us connected. They turned to Fluent Studios to develop a series of fun and engaging videos to show how different Google products work. With a mix of storytelling and instruction, these animations teach people how to use Google to connect, communicate, and stay informed wherever they may be.

Whether it’s Maps, Gmail, Drive, Chrome, or Play—Google has a lot to offer. These videos were designed to live in the Google Help Center, accessible to users no matter where they live. We worked closely with Google’s product managers to understand the details of each product, and then turn their services into stories. From the initial story conception, to scriptwriting, illustration, animation, and sound design, we brought 50 videos to life.
Although each video takes a unique angle, the entire series maintains a cohesive look and feel while adhering to Google’s brand guidelines. We paid careful attention to accurately represent the different user interfaces of each product, yet still making sure to leave space for Google’s rapidly evolving technology.
Google’s global audience requires every video to be localized. With minimal onscreen text, culturally standardized storylines, and an animation style that could be easily retimed for a multilingual voiceover, Fluent Studios made it possible to adapt and translate the videos into 12 languages. Whether you speak Spanish, Chinese, or Hebrew, you’ll still feel at home.
The videos have hundreds of millions of views in Google’s Help Center and on YouTube. We feel confident that if someone needs to find the nearest pizza restaurant, share a document with their coworker, or work offline on a flight somewhere new, now they’ll know how—and have fun along the way.
